Understanding People

As you get more involved in understanding people around you, you will realise there are two types.
Those that make things happen, and those that say "What Happened?"
In the group of those that make things happen, we have a sub-group who resist change.
They constantly impede the advancement of anything and everything that crosses their path.
They drag-out decision-making and turn the slightest request into a "conference."
Sometimes the simplest advancement can turn into a debate that continues for years.

You have got to understand the mentality behind these people.
Basically they have nothing to do with their time and the only thing that can occupy them is a constant discussion on a matter that should be determined and finalised in a few minutes.
Quite often the continuance is part of their job and a drag-out extends their monetary-return for another week.

You find this is the heart of politics. Everything that passes across the table in any of these meetings, could be ratified (accepted) in a few minutes. Almost all the bills and decisions to be put to Parliament or Congress, are designed to improve the situation or the lives of the people, and yet they are dragged-out for years. When they finally pass, everyone congratulates themselves on a brilliant achievement.

When you sit down and analyse the facts, you can see the total absurdity of the  situation.
It's like deciding if you will buy 1 dozen 60gm eggs or 2 dozen 50gm eggs. The house-hold doesn't sit down for a week and have a discussion.

But we accept this childish behaviour from our representatives and because it has been done for so long, it is not challenged.

To join them, to vote for them, or discuss them is to be a party to the absurdities.
The only way to get rid of this antiquated way of running a country is to change the whole aspect of decision-making.
These groups were "invented" before the days of communication and especially, now that we have instant communication via the internet and phone, this obsolete governing system should be disbanded.
It doesn't represent the people and never has.
The voting system is so corrupt (broken, unrepresentative) that a candidate can win a seat by as little as 50 votes and then turn around and make a decision that does not represent the voters.
The only way to pull the governing system into line and make it representative of the people is to have voting done via the internet on a regular basis.
Rather than having individual representatives, the decisions can be made by the population on a weekly basis and implemented immediately.
Not only would this save time and money, but many of the policies that have yet to be implemented, could be set implemented.
The biggest fraud perpetrated by the Government is the concept that we have a debt and it needs to be repaid.
Who lent the money?
What shares or houses did they sell to deliver the funds?
We are already paying-back millions of dollars.  What are they buying with the money?
It's simple. None of this exists.
If we are not effected by 15 trillion dollars, how will we be affected by 16 trillion dollars?
They are all liars. It's just like your solicitor saying he is "on your side." He is NOT on your side. He is protecting his HIDE from being barred from practicing if he steps out of line.
Banks are the same.
Where do they borrow money from?
Not the little-old-lady with a pension.
The average family owes the bank $30,000. Show me anyone who has deposited $30,000 in the bank.
The money comes from NOWHERE.
The bank simply writes a cheque and it gets deposited in another bank.
It's all fraud. And it's designed to keep you working so all these "gangsters" can skim a little money off you, every time you buy or sell an item.
There are thousands of non-producers (bankers, solicitors, lawyers, politicians, stock-brokers, superannuation-investors, book-makers) living off the hard yakka of the worker.
It's important to understand exactly what is happening in the world and not get "conned" by anyone. If you do. It's a bit like being told about Santa, then finding out you have been tricked.
You lose faith in humanity.
