This device can also be used as an On-The-Spot Digital Voice Recorder for recording a personal reminder or Memo. It is great for noting directions or the next appointment while on the run. (Use of this function does not need a mobile phone to record a message – the DT1860 uses the internal microphone to record the audio.)

This model is compatible only with most Nokia 30series and 80series Mobile phones. These include the Nokia 3210, 3310, 3315, 3330, 3350, 8110, 8210, 8250, 8310, 8850, 8855, 8910, etc..
