FLIP
FLOP
This simple circuit will alternately
flash two high-bright red LEDs. It will work on a supply of 3v to 9v.
See circuit and
how it works - This circuit is an exact copy of Talking
Electronics LED Dice and the discussion applies to both versions.
LED Dice Press the button and the LEDs
will flash and stop on a number 1 to 6, just like the sides of a dice. It will work on a supply of

LED
Voice Flasher
This simple circuit will
flash a row of high-bright red LEDs according to the sound received by
the microphone. It will work on a supply of 3v to 9v. This is commonly
called MUSIC COLOUR.
Heart Flasher
This simple circuit will
alternately flash 3 sets of coloured LEDs via R-C timing components. It
will work on a supply of 3v to 9v. It can be used as a gift or bicycle
flasher.
Wheel Of Fortune
This simple circuit will
alternately flash 10 LEDs arranged in a circle when the switch is
pressed. The LEDs will gradually slow down and will stop on your luck
number.
Roulette
This project has 38 LEDs. The
illumination will "run around the LEDs" and gradually slow down to stop on a number.
The project is just like a Casino Roulette wheel.
Burglar
Alarm
This circuit turns on when the loop connected to J1 is broken. The
output will produce 4 different alarm sounds, depending on the placement
of jumpers on the PC board.
8x8 LED
Module
This module needs a
microcontroller to deliver instructions to activate the display then
data to show on the 8x8 matrix.
See xxx project for more information

Some other
providers sell the module already
assembled for about 50 cents more with leads.
LED CRO
You can generate simple waveforms on
the LED CRO display, very similar to a Cathode Ray Oscilloscope. You can
whistle into a microphone and see a sinewave or connect it to one of the
projects above and see the square-wave.

Metal Detector
Even though this circuit is the
simplest you can get, it performs just like the $50.00 metal detectors
because you use an ordinary AM radio to produce the tone. It will detect
a small coin at 10cm.
